- Manage the initiation and monitoring of customer contracts independently

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bac to Bac+2 level qualification (high school to two-year post-secondary) in SME management, logistics, business, or a related field
- Comfortable with administrative tasks
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to process customer files efficiently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Able to manage priorities effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
