About the role
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving hardware and software issues within second-line support, with occasional first-line support tasks
- Ensuring availability, stability, and security of local systems, and network infrastructure (network managed externally)
- Administering SMB shares, MFP printers, workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Using and maintaining the ticketing system, asset inventory, and internal IT tools
- Supporting users with software installation and application configuration
- Participating in international IT projects
Requirements
- Technical secondary education or ongoing higher education (IT, electronics, telecommunications, or related fields preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage
- Experience in administering Windows servers, and Windows 10 / Microsoft 365 clients
- Understanding of network environments and protocols
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
- Teamwork skills, proactivity, and willingness to learn
- Nice to Have: Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Basic network administration skills
- Familiarity with Linux systems
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS / Azure)
