About the role
- New Sales Prospecting and acquiring new leads through cold calling.
- Account Management, understanding profiles and mapping of organization.
- Disciplined Monthly, Weekly plans to meet with customers and log activity in Salesforce.
- Timely Follow-up on New Enquiries within 24 hours.
- Understand market trends, needs and competitor activities and report on a timely manner.
- Basic Presentation to prospects about BVC Services.
- Possess knowledge about assigned product/market.
- Preparation of Tenders, Quotation, Contract, Negotiation and closing under the guidance of BDM.
- Proper Handover to Operations & Schedulers via effective communication and documentation.
- Timely Salesforce update and clean pipeline.
- Maintaining pipeline to sales target ratio of at least 2x.
- Ability to create own dashboard, monitoring and reporting.
- Building Consultants network to gain leads.
- Existing Customers – Baseline Retention of existing customers and upselling to existing customers.
- Resolution of Customer Complaints.
- Co-ordination of regional / global contracts if assigned.
- Building Consultants network to gain leads.
- Process Quotation for Certification.
- Perform contract review in consultation with the TM.
- Any other job functions assigned from time to time.
- Representing BV at Trade shows/Exhibitions and Conferences where invited.
- Brand ambassador of BV at industrial/association/professional events.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Quality Management or related fields.
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in related filed.
- Experience working within an accredited certification body is an advantage.
- Knowledge of management system standards is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
