About the role

  • Lead the commercial and operational activities of a team of 24 employees
  • Grow commercial activity by responding to client inquiries and tenders
  • Manage the business portfolio and the PNI of the two business centers
  • Manage a team of 24 employees
  • Coordinate complex projects and ensure the quality of deliverables
  • Oversee administrative and financial management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bac+2 diploma or equivalent (equivalent to an associate degree)
  • At least 10 years' experience in building technical inspection/control
  • Proven experience in team management
  • Knowledge of commercial management tools (Salesforce and SGO+)
  • Strong technical knowledge in technical control/inspection and SPS coordination (SPS: safety and health protection coordination)
  • Strong ability to drive business development.
