About the role
- Lead the commercial and operational activities of a team of 24 employees
- Grow commercial activity by responding to client inquiries and tenders
- Manage the business portfolio and the PNI of the two business centers
- Manage a team of 24 employees
- Coordinate complex projects and ensure the quality of deliverables
- Oversee administrative and financial management.
Requirements
- Minimum Bac+2 diploma or equivalent (equivalent to an associate degree)
- At least 10 years' experience in building technical inspection/control
- Proven experience in team management
- Knowledge of commercial management tools (Salesforce and SGO+)
- Strong technical knowledge in technical control/inspection and SPS coordination (SPS: safety and health protection coordination)
- Strong ability to drive business development.
