About the role

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support business decision-making processes.
  • Assist operational teams in budget and forecast preparation.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and assist in the development and implementation of solutions.
  • Document business processes, requirements, and project plans to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, operations, to gather requirements and provide analytical support.
  • Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with an accounting program or enterprise resource planning application is a plus.
