About the role
- Lead and develop the operational activity of a technical team while optimizing production processes
- Supervise, motivate and coordinate a team of approximately 10 technicians
- Provide technical assistance to colleagues within the department
- Optimize the execution of operations and grow the client portfolio
- Perform inspection services and technical audits in the electrical field
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience within a technical inspection body (bureau de contrôle) in managerial or commercial roles
- Valid Category B driving license required
