About the role
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the building and infrastructure sectors
- Prospect, identify, and approach new clients through networking, market research, and cold outreach
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, including pricing and project solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, contract finalization, and after-sales support
- Collaborate with operations, technical, and finance departments to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer service
- Maintain and expand relationships with key decision-makers, contractors, consultants, and government agencies
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reviews for management
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in certification or industrial services is an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Languages: English, Russian and Uzbek
