About the role
- Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress against KPIs and deliverables
- Ensure projects stay within budget and timeline constraints
- Provide technical oversight and engineering expertise
- Review and approve engineering designs and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and assessments
- Implement quality assurance protocols and standards
- Ensure workplace safety compliance
- Conduct inspections and audits
- Manage risk mitigation strategies
- Supervise and coordinate construction teams and subcontractors
- Conduct performance evaluations and training
- Prepare progress reports and presentations
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and authorities
- Prepare technical reports and specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- License of Construction Supervision, grade 1
- Certificate of Labor safety, group 1
- Fluent in writing and speaking English
