About the role

  • Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks
  • Work Pass administration for foreigners, prepare overtime payment report for payroll processing
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Help prepare HR documents (letters, reports, work passes, attendance records, etc.)
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes is an advantage
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Detailed oriented, good attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn and able to handle confidential information
