About the role
- Compliance Monitoring & Auditing
- Develop and implement compliance programs and policies
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure organizational adaptation
- Risk Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance-related risks
- Prepare risk reports for senior management
- Develop and implement remediation plans for identified issues
- Training & Communication
- Deliver compliance training to regional staff
- Create and maintain compliance documentation
- Communicate policy updates and regulatory requirements
- Investigation & Reporting
- Support investigations related to compliance violations and complaints
- Maintain detailed compliance records and documentation
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors
- Collaborate with Head Office and Regional Departments to ensure compliance
- Serve as compliance point of contact for the region
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Compliance, or related field
- 5+ years of compliance experience
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Arabic and French languages are advantageous
