About the role

  • Support the team in the subsidiary's business development
  • Identify strategic growth levers
  • Contribute to the subsidiary's growth and profitability
  • Expand sales for the Bureau Veritas Solutions subsidiary
  • Ensure the profitability of contracts and projects
  • Define the subsidiary's commercial strategy in collaboration with the General Manager
  • Manage a team of sales managers (7)
  • Develop offerings focused on sustainable building transformation and climate resilience
  • Work closely with the Communications & Marketing team to raise the subsidiary's profile

Requirements

  • 10 years' experience in sales
  • Strong sales techniques and commercial management skills
  • Experience in the building and infrastructure sector or in selling innovative energy solutions
  • Understanding of the challenges and specifics of this rapidly evolving market
  • Ability to develop tailored offerings
  • Create solutions adapted to specific client needs in the Residential, Commercial/Tertiary, and Industrial sectors
  • Excellence in customer acquisition strategy and in developing long-term strategic client relationships
  • Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
  • 10 years' experience in commercial roles and in selling services related to building climate resilience, project management (maîtrise d’œuvre) or the energy sector
  • Proven ability to manage large contracts and engage with senior-level stakeholders
  • Experience managing sales managers
  • Strong leadership, strong customer service orientation, and results-driven
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and diplomacy skills; highly adaptable
