About the role
- Support the team in the subsidiary's business development
- Identify strategic growth levers
- Contribute to the subsidiary's growth and profitability
- Expand sales for the Bureau Veritas Solutions subsidiary
- Ensure the profitability of contracts and projects
- Define the subsidiary's commercial strategy in collaboration with the General Manager
- Manage a team of sales managers (7)
- Develop offerings focused on sustainable building transformation and climate resilience
- Work closely with the Communications & Marketing team to raise the subsidiary's profile
Requirements
- 10 years' experience in sales
- Strong sales techniques and commercial management skills
- Experience in the building and infrastructure sector or in selling innovative energy solutions
- Understanding of the challenges and specifics of this rapidly evolving market
- Ability to develop tailored offerings
- Create solutions adapted to specific client needs in the Residential, Commercial/Tertiary, and Industrial sectors
- Excellence in customer acquisition strategy and in developing long-term strategic client relationships
- Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
- 10 years' experience in commercial roles and in selling services related to building climate resilience, project management (maîtrise d’œuvre) or the energy sector
- Proven ability to manage large contracts and engage with senior-level stakeholders
- Experience managing sales managers
- Strong leadership, strong customer service orientation, and results-driven
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and diplomacy skills; highly adaptable
