- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings
- Evaluate candidates holistically and deliver a positive candidate experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2-5 years’ experience in talent acquisition/recruitment
- Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools (Success Factors experience ideal)
- Data-driven approach to talent acquisition
- Knowledge of labor market trends
- Human Resources certifications, preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
