About the role
- Lead and develop the HSE Performance activity in your region
- Manage and coordinate your team of technicians and project managers
- Ensure effective production management across the scope through regular meetings with the team
- Provide technical support and drive the upskilling of your team
- Contribute to the development of your team's training plan
Requirements
- Hold at least a Bac+2 (two-year) diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in team management
- Experience in a service delivery environment would be an advantage
- Valid driver's license (Category B) required
