About the role

  • Lead and develop HSE Performance activities within your region
  • Lead and coordinate your team of technicians and account/project managers
  • Ensure efficient production management
  • Provide technical support and drive skill development within your team
  • Contribute to the development of your team's training plan
  • Support the business development of the service

Requirements

  • Minimum of a two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2) or equivalent
  • Experience in team management
  • Experience in a service-delivery environment is a plus
  • Valid driving licence (Category B / car) required
