About the role

  • Active acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customer relationships within the Business Line Technology
  • Sales of our technology service portfolio, e.g.: Cellular Conformance, Cyber Security, Global Market Access, Radio, EMC, Wireless Certification, New Mobility, New Energy, ATEX
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies (target accounts, industry focus, account plans, pipeline management)
  • Qualification of opportunities, proposal and contract management, negotiation of framework agreements
  • Close cooperation with project managers for scope definition, cost calculation and timely proposal submission
  • Systematic maintenance and management of the sales pipeline in the CRM
  • Market and competitor monitoring, including identification of new regulatory or technological drivers

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally in the TIC industry (Testing, Inspection and Certification)
  • Preferably experience within the Business Line Technology
  • Demonstrable success in B2B sales (lead-to-order, strong closing ability, structured pipeline management)
  • Confident presence with excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
  • Very good German and good English language skills
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
