About the role

  • Responsible for execution of HR and Administration operations across all offices
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, laws and SOPs for all activities
  • Meeting end-to-end recruitment needs of local and regional teams as necessary
  • Ensuring that SOPs, compliances and policies are adhered to in totality of the recruitment and wider HR processes
  • Timely and quality submission of recruitment documents and data requirements to the Region for approval
  • Supporting overall HR communication/coordination/processes and workflows

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience (bulk hiring in a MNC with proven low turnover)
  • Strong recruiting and talent acquisition skills
  • HR Generalist experience is mandatory for the role
  • Ability to create a seamless candidate experience through all stages
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
  • Negotiation capabilities and stakeholder management.
  • Critical thinking and flexibility when faced with challenges.
