About the role
- Responsible for execution of HR and Administration operations across all offices
- Ensuring compliance with policies, laws and SOPs for all activities
- Meeting end-to-end recruitment needs of local and regional teams as necessary
- Ensuring that SOPs, compliances and policies are adhered to in totality of the recruitment and wider HR processes
- Timely and quality submission of recruitment documents and data requirements to the Region for approval
- Supporting overall HR communication/coordination/processes and workflows
Requirements
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience (bulk hiring in a MNC with proven low turnover)
- Strong recruiting and talent acquisition skills
- HR Generalist experience is mandatory for the role
- Ability to create a seamless candidate experience through all stages
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
- Negotiation capabilities and stakeholder management.
- Critical thinking and flexibility when faced with challenges.
