About the role
- Champion a strong safety culture across all operations, ensuring that health, safety and environmental (HSE) excellence remains integral to every aspect of Marine & Offshore activities.
- Promote proactive risk management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in safety performance for both Bureau Veritas personnel and clients.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for Indonesia, ensuring strong financial, operational, and commercial performance.
- Continuously elevate standards of technical and service excellence, driving sustained improvements in client satisfaction and organisational effectiveness.
- Identify, assess and pursue growth opportunities across the region in alignment with Bureau Veritas’ global strategic plan.
- Champion the development of new services and entities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue, operating profit, and cashflow targets in accordance with budgetary objectives.
Requirements
- Degree in Management, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive experience within the Marine & Offshore industry, with a minimum of 10 years in relevant technical or commercial roles and at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, resilience, and self-motivation.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and stakeholder-influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across diverse client and partner networks.
- Proven capacity to inspire, develop, and lead teams toward high performance and shared strategic goals.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with the ability to interpret and act on key commercial and operational drivers.
