About the role

  • Oversee inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Supervise Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 inspectors.
  • Coordinate with clients and conduct pre-inspection meetings.
  • Identify business opportunities with clients and coordinate with departments.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to HSE principles and risk management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or an approved equivalent
  • Graduate engineer with minimum 10-15 years inspection experience in Building or infrastructure projects, High Rise Buildings, Large water reservoirs, Hotel and commercial Complex, etc.
  • PMP/Masters preferred.
  • Experience with P&L, Sales, and Business Development
  • Coordination with the client, performing centers participate in pre-inspection meetings
  • Identifying business opportunities/leads with the client and coordinate with the concerned department.
  • Fully Conversant with the key Civil Engineering standards.
  • Able to supervise Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 inspectors
  • Strong contracts management and proficiency
  • Communication and negotiation skills at international level
