About the role

  • Support in Preparing technical and commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate the tasks among the sales team
  • Keep close coordination with the team to update the proposal log and SharePoint
  • Update the company PQQ files in coordination with M&S Manager
  • Update the client registration platforms
  • Attend meetings with client.
  • Observe B.V. QHSSE policies and procedures (related to BU) at all times
  • Comply with the ethical policies and code of ethics
  • Carry out additional duties as allocated by the N+1.

Requirements

  • Specialty: Data Management
  • Education Degree: Bachelor Degree
  • Technical knowledge: Good Knowledge in construction cycle, write-up skills for diversified services
  • Experience Minimum 02 Year Experience
  • Excellent write-up skills in English and Arabic
  • High skills in power point and excel
  • Ability to generate infographic reports
  • Basic understanding of construction activities.
