About the role
- Support in Preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate the tasks among the sales team
- Keep close coordination with the team to update the proposal log and SharePoint
- Update the company PQQ files in coordination with M&S Manager
- Update the client registration platforms
- Attend meetings with client.
- Observe B.V. QHSSE policies and procedures (related to BU) at all times
- Comply with the ethical policies and code of ethics
- Carry out additional duties as allocated by the N+1.
Requirements
- Specialty: Data Management
- Education Degree: Bachelor Degree
- Technical knowledge: Good Knowledge in construction cycle, write-up skills for diversified services
- Experience Minimum 02 Year Experience
- Excellent write-up skills in English and Arabic
- High skills in power point and excel
- Ability to generate infographic reports
- Basic understanding of construction activities.
