About the role
- Responsible for meeting end-to-end recruitment needs of local and regional teams as necessary.
- Ensuring that SOPs, compliances and policies are adhered to in totality of the recruitment and wider HR processes.
- Ensuring that contracting for all new employees is completed, filed and uploaded.
- Maintaining up to date mail merge and data for all new hires.
- Assisting with payroll finalization at the end of the month and supporting cross verification.
- Completing or coordinating Onboarding and Compliance requirements as mandatory for all new hires.
- Responsible for employee transition cases (permanent to contractual or vice versa).
- Timely and quality submission of recruitment documents and data requirements to the Region for approval and compliance.
- Supporting overall HR communication/coordination/processes and workflows.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience (bulk hiring in a MNC with proven low turnover)
- Strong recruiting and talent acquisition skills
- HR Generalist experience is mandatory for the role
- Ability to create a seamless candidate experience through all stages
- Active engagement and promotion of diversity in the workplace
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
- Negotiation capabilities and stakeholder management
- Critical thinking and flexibility when faced with challenges.
