About the role

  • Responsible for meeting end-to-end recruitment needs of local and regional teams as necessary.
  • Ensuring that SOPs, compliances and policies are adhered to in totality of the recruitment and wider HR processes.
  • Ensuring that contracting for all new employees is completed, filed and uploaded.
  • Maintaining up to date mail merge and data for all new hires.
  • Assisting with payroll finalization at the end of the month and supporting cross verification.
  • Completing or coordinating Onboarding and Compliance requirements as mandatory for all new hires.
  • Responsible for employee transition cases (permanent to contractual or vice versa).
  • Timely and quality submission of recruitment documents and data requirements to the Region for approval and compliance.
  • Supporting overall HR communication/coordination/processes and workflows.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience (bulk hiring in a MNC with proven low turnover)
  • Strong recruiting and talent acquisition skills
  • HR Generalist experience is mandatory for the role
  • Ability to create a seamless candidate experience through all stages
  • Active engagement and promotion of diversity in the workplace
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
  • Negotiation capabilities and stakeholder management
  • Critical thinking and flexibility when faced with challenges.
