About the role

  • Perform order processing functions such as picking, packing and shipping pharmaceutical orders
  • Resolve escalated client issues
  • Identify, troubleshoot and solve escalated technical issues
  • Provide enhanced guidance and technical training to internal staff
  • Write or edit procedures as requested
  • Act in partnership with clients and management to support process improvement development
  • Assist with department initiatives in other areas, providing direction
  • Ensure departmental regulatory compliance
  • Responsible for safety within area of responsibility
  • Receive and put away consumables
  • Pick customer orders while in a refrigerated environment
  • Pack customer orders into various parcel shipping containers
  • Perform established housekeeping requirements for all areas of the site
  • Responsible for complying with FDA, DEA, TSA, OSHA, and all other applicable regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • High School Degree
  • Minimum of 3 year(s) of experience with Warehouse experience
  • SAP EWM/S4P systems
  • handle held RF devices
  • pallet jacks
  • powered industrial trucks
