- Lead the growth strategy and go-to-market approach

Requirements
- Significant experience in commercial development roles (B2B/B2C), partnerships or strategic account management, ideally within continuing education, higher education, consulting or B2B services
- Proven experience in structuring and steering an effective commercial approach (complex sales, long cycles, CRM/pipeline management, negotiation, contracting, results-oriented culture)
- First managerial experience or strong ability to supervise, unite and grow a team in a transforming environment
