About the role

  • Functionally and organically report to the Associate Dean for Programs and International of KEDGE Business School
  • Head of KEDGE activities in India: set up operations, oversee functioning, develop new opportunities and represent KEDGE in India and surrounding regions
  • Collaborate directly with KEDGE main campus staff, directors and local partner
  • Oversight of Academic Operations: implement and follow up KEDGE programs at Vijaybhoomi University, source and validate faculty, coordinate with program directors and accreditations department, organize data collection for accreditation, follow up quality assurance processes, mentor faculty, assure teaching standards, propose new programs
  • Geographical Development: increase KEDGE activities in India and neighbouring areas; establish collaborations with academic institutions for research, mobility and recruitment agreements; create links with corporations and public administrations; explore executive education opportunities; support recruitment activities including master classes and presentations
  • Representation: represent KEDGE before public and private corporations, government bodies and accreditation agencies; deploy public relations plan; interact with Campus France and French diplomatic authorities to coordinate information flow and visa issuance for students
  • Perform academic missions as needed, including teaching in India and/or France, participation in committees and selection juries, and contribution to curriculum development and program improvement

Requirements

  • Experience in higher education operations and program implementation
  • Proven ability to set up and manage academic activities abroad and partnerships with local universities
  • Experience with faculty sourcing, recruitment and faculty development/mentoring
  • Knowledge of accreditation processes and quality assurance procedures
  • Ability to represent institution to public and private organizations, government bodies, and diplomatic authorities
  • Strong project management, communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Teaching experience and willingness to undertake academic duties (teaching, committees, curriculum development)
