About the role

  • Responsible for supporting the growth of our Bupa Global insurance business through expanding functionality in existing countries or bringing new ones online
  • Work cross functionally with Workday Consultants to help shape the roadmap and deliver impactful changes to the business and individual countries
  • Collaborate with the People Technology team and across the business to understand and translate business requirements into functional solutions
  • Understand the core elements of HR and how HR process and technology serves as an enabler for employee experiences
  • Release management governance; ensure that delivery is within the governance of the People technology release framework
  • Provide testing and regression testing support
  • Stakeholder management within and across the people function and wider business

Requirements

  • Have a good understanding of how HR process and delivery works
  • Experience with HR systems in a similar sized business or trading environment
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Workday
  • Hold a familiarity with HR legislation in the UK and the countries that BGIUK Operates
  • An interest and affinity towards technology and how technology can enable process and be used to create better employee experiences
  • Examples of strong analytical and problem-solving skills with evidence of implementing technical changes that have led to a positive business outcome
