About the role

  • Customer support across multiple channels;
  • Opportunity Management: analyze the pipeline and prioritize leads in the CRM.
  • Meetings and Calls: phone/video calls with inbound and outbound leads.
  • Commercial Proposals: create and send customized proposals.
  • Negotiation and Closing: handle objections and secure conversions.
  • Follow-up: track clients in negotiation to accelerate closings.
  • Performance Analysis: monitor KPIs and adjust strategies.
  • Recording sales activities (follow-up, entering information in the CRM, customer interactions, etc.).

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college degree in a related field is a plus (in progress or completed).
  • Experience in prospecting and qualifying leads.
  • Experience using Sales CRMs (HubSpot is a plus);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent communication, persistence, and empathy.
  • Results- and delivery-oriented profile;
  • Organized with strong pipeline management skills;
  • Strong advantage if you have worked in the commercial area of technology, logistics, insurance, or risk management companies;
  • Experience in consultative selling.
