About the role
- Customer support across multiple channels;
- Opportunity Management: analyze the pipeline and prioritize leads in the CRM.
- Meetings and Calls: phone/video calls with inbound and outbound leads.
- Commercial Proposals: create and send customized proposals.
- Negotiation and Closing: handle objections and secure conversions.
- Follow-up: track clients in negotiation to accelerate closings.
- Performance Analysis: monitor KPIs and adjust strategies.
- Recording sales activities (follow-up, entering information in the CRM, customer interactions, etc.).
Requirements
- High school diploma required; college degree in a related field is a plus (in progress or completed).
- Experience in prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Experience using Sales CRMs (HubSpot is a plus);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Excellent communication, persistence, and empathy.
- Results- and delivery-oriented profile;
- Organized with strong pipeline management skills;
- Strong advantage if you have worked in the commercial area of technology, logistics, insurance, or risk management companies;
- Experience in consultative selling.
