About the role
- Design, build, test, and maintain production-quality code
- Repair and improve existing complex systems while minimizing regression risks
- Collaborate daily with your team to create robust, performant, and maintainable solutions
- Help translate team goals into clear, actionable plans
- Participate in a support rotation, during office hours, to ensure seamless operation of live service games
- Expertise in writing code in C#
- Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture and best practices
- Ability to conceptualize and troubleshoot large, proprietary systems and pipelines
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries and stored procedures
- Ability to conceptualize and troubleshoot large systems and pipelines
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse technical and non-technical backgrounds
- Hands-on experience building dynamic/responsive web apps in React or similar front-end frameworks
- Experience managing or mentoring other engineers or leading technical projects
