At Bungie, Producers are individual contributors responsible for the production processes in their areas. This role will work under the supervision of more experienced production staff and will be responsible for assisting Producers in creating and implementing project plans, schedules, and processes for teams creating end-to-end activities in game. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator as well as analytical, detail oriented, highly organized, and passionate about the successful orchestration of complex plans. The ideal candidate should have experience setting up, running, and organizing playtests and feedback sessions.
