About the role
- Conduct regular QA reviews of AI agent conversations
- Report quality issues through established reporting workflows
- Collaborate closely with the Quality Manager
- Resolve recurring quality issues with the Quality Manager
- Identify and share learnings to improve AI accuracy and efficiency
- Support ongoing calibration sessions and track performance improvements
- Operate CX QA tools and systems to monitor quality data
- Embrace and apply AI tools confidently in daily work
Requirements
- Experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with conversational AI systems and chatbots
- Sharp eye for detail and objective evaluation skills
- Knowledge of CX operations and quality assurance is beneficial
- Comfortable working with digital tools and adapting to new software systems
- Pride in providing concise and meaningful insights
