Requirements

  • Experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with conversational AI systems and chatbots
  • Sharp eye for detail and objective evaluation skills
  • Knowledge of CX operations and quality assurance is beneficial
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and adapting to new software systems
  • Pride in providing concise and meaningful insights
