  • Maintain and manage a robust content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely rollout across platforms.
  • Create original, short-form video content that aligns with Bumble’s brand voice and resonates with target audiences across social platforms.
  • Stay on top of emerging social trends, sounds, and formats, proactively pitching ideas to engage in a relevant and on-brand way.
  • Edit and publish videos with strong hooks, clear storytelling, and pacing optimized for short-form performance.
  • Confidently create content of your own, capturing moments at events, activations, and shoots, often in real time.
  • Highlight and demonstrate Bumble’s product features in creative, engaging, and accessible ways.
  • Work closely with content creators, film crews, and social agencies to produce high-quality, platform-native assets.
  • Attend shoots and events, overseeing on-site content capture to ensure assets are optimized for social distribution.
  • Collaborate closely with creators, supporting co-creation and sourcing content that feels authentic and community-led.
  • Participate in cultural listening sessions, trend reviews, and social audits with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify Gen Z insights and emerging behaviors, translating them into actionable takeaways for content and storytelling.
  • Go beyond sharing inspiration, clearly articulate what works, what doesn’t and how it could be improved.
  • Track weekly performance metrics and optimize content based on data, insights, and cultural learnings.
  • Test, learn, and iterate on creative approaches to improve engagement and performance.
  • Support monthly and campaign-level reporting with insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and audience behaviors.
  • Partner closely with Integrated Marketing, Creative Studio, Product Marketing, PR, Partnerships, Localization, and Member Love teams to brief and execute campaign-led social content.
  • Serve as a day-to-day executional contact for Bumble’s social agency partner, supporting briefs, deliverables, and creative reviews.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and consistent brand messaging across touch-points.
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and cultural moments, translating larger brand initiatives into social-first executions.
  • Maintain an organized content pipeline and consistent posting cadence.
  • Ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Support coordination of social production budgets with oversight from the Marketing Lead.
  • Develop clear creative briefs and toolkits to inspire internal and external partners.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Bumble’s visual identity, brand values, and tone of voice.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Experience with social analytics, scheduling, and trend tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, or similar).
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong creative point of view.
  • Confident filming, editing, and publishing short-form video content.
  • Deeply tuned into social and Gen Z culture, with strong instincts for what will resonate.
