Influence product direction across Bumble Date by framing bold ideas, sharing best practices, and mentoring PMs in product thinking and strategic decision-making.
Partner with Marketing, Trust & Safety, and Growth teams to align launches with user and brand strategy.

Requirements
You have deep experience as a consumer product manager, ideally within social, dating, or community-driven products.
You’re both visionary and hands-on — equally comfortable defining long-term strategy and rolling up your sleeves to drive execution.
You have a strong understanding of user psychology, motivation, and behavior in digital relationships.
You’re fluent in experimentation and discovery practices, with an ability to balance member needs, safety, and business growth.
You’re confident using AI tools to prototype new experiences, test ideas, or analyze user insights — and you bring creative ideas for applying AI to product development.
You’re a thoughtful communicator who can align diverse stakeholders around a shared goal and narrative.
You demonstrate curiosity, empathy, and resilience, with a commitment to building inclusive, empowering experiences for all users.
AI fluency: independently uses and prototypes with AI tools to accelerate discovery, design, or testing; shares learnings and champions adoption within the product team.
