Account Manager

• Manage a large, complex wholesale customer portfolio independently, balancing diverse go-to-market strategies with strong prioritization and planning.
• Develop and lead customer plans that maximize distribution, shelf placement, merchandising, and promotion for Bumble Bee items.
• Maintain a strong in-market presence through regular customer meetings, broker leadership, and store visits.
• Lead forecasting excellence by managing volume planning, promotional planning, post-promotion analysis, and customer insights to support accurate inventory deployment across the supply chain and within applicable trade systems.
• Partner cross-functionally with order processing, deductions management, category management, supply chain, and marketing to deliver strong customer outcomes.
• Manage deductions for assigned customers proactively and drive timely resolution.
• Build best-in-class knowledge of the shelf-stable seafood and meat categories through continuous learning.
• Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards in all internal and external business interactions, including effective time management, communication, and meeting preparation.
