About the role
- Driving adoption and growth within an existing customer base
- Build trusted relationships through onsite and remote engagement
- Guide customers to adopt new, AI-enabled ways of working
- Identify and develop opportunities to expand usage across teams
- Monitor account health and proactively engage customers
- Maintain accurate account records and activity logs in Salesforce
- Capture and share customer insights and success stories
Requirements
- Proven track record in recruitment/staffing, sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role
- Commercial mindset and motivated by growing accounts
- Energised by building relationships in person
- Naturally curious about how businesses operate
- Strong interest in AI and automation
- Coachable and growth-oriented
- Organised and disciplined in managing accounts
