About the role

  • Act as a sales hunter, demonstrating the ability to contribute positively to selling services shortly after onboarding
  • Develop a trusted advisor status with key target accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Work closely with the internal and external GTM stakeholders like, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Sales operations teams and operational delivery
  • Forecast and monitor key account metrics, including account and territory planning
  • Identify and expand opportunities within the territory, collaborating with sales teams to ensure growth
  • Forge productive relationships with key personnel in partner accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer goals are met
  • Stay updated on product features, advantages, benefits, and selling points for effective communication
  • Understanding of the IT security services specifically designed around Microsoft for a best of Platform approach
  • Travel for sales and client engagements will be required.

Requirements

  • 7+ years' proven success in an outbound IT services sales environment preferably with IT security solutions and/or Managed IT services
  • Effective sales skills and the ability to consistently apply those skills to achieve quotas and goals
  • Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work with limited direction and oversight
  • Proven track record in acquiring leads and generating revenue
  • You must be able to provide proof of hitting yearly revenue targets of $1m+
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships both internally and externally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional energy, poise, and self-confidence.
