• Lead and inspire the marketing function, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and high performance
• Drive portfolio strategy, innovation and new product development
• Own the marketing investment strategy and deliver measurable return on investment
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Use consumer insights, market intelligence and analytics to identify growth opportunities
• Partner with Executive stakeholders to influence business strategy and commercial outcomes
• Represent Marketing at Executive, Board and strategic planning forums
• Lead strategic direction of the marketing function across multiple brands, categories and channels
• Partner with Sales, Category, Insights, R&D and external agencies to deliver sustainable growth, strengthen brand equity and maximise commercial performance
