Account Executive

• Drive revenue growth in your territory by leading game-changing discovery calls, delivering impactful product demonstrations, drafting on-the-nose proposals, and winning the hearts, minds (and contracts) of your prospects
• Be maniacal about your pipeline, building and maintaining a healthy set of opportunities to meet individual sales quota, including monthly and annual ACV goals
• Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through proper use of sales tools
• Become a commercial real estate nerd, understanding its tech industry dynamics, emerging opportunities and competitive trends
• Be an expert and advocate for Buildout’s product suite, knowing its value to various personas and properly showcasing the right solutions for each customer
• Represent Buildout in the market through conferences, customer events, and networking opportunities; travel up to approximately one week per quarter as part of building relationships and driving revenue

Performance Marketing

• Provide operational support and content creation for the rollout and maintenance of integrated campaigns designed to drive lead generation and pipeline velocity.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and fellow marketers to align messaging, offers, and objectives.
• Support the testing of emerging marketing channels, document learnings, and report on ROI.
• Research industry trends and customer needs to craft compelling content strategies.
• Write, edit, and optimize content across webinar scripts, blogs, landing pages, email, social, thought leadership initiatives, and other content as needed.
• Support our social media, primary channels
• Ensure consistent voice, SEO/GEO optimization, and conversion-focused messaging across channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, supporting dashboards and scorecards, and share actionable insights with the team.
• Track content engagement, lead conversions, and funnel performance to inform future campaigns.
• Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to internal teams.
• Support webinar planning, promotional calendars, and the creation of sales enablement assets.
• Share marketing best practices and new ideas to elevate overall team performance.

Campaign Manager – Growth Marketing

• Develop and execute a cohesive Marketing vision and strategy that elevates the brand in the market and is focused on demand generation to grow, track and improve marketing sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue.
• Develop and execute a Marketing vision and strategy to increase adoption of our products, positively influence customer retention, and increase upsell and cross-sell leads to drive marketing sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue.
• Build a unified focus and functional vision within the Marketing team, to include online and offline channels.
• Create and drive a brand approach that drives Buildout’s position as the AI-brokerage automation leader, clearly defining the product lines and the end-to-end suite with explicit value-based ORI.
• Develop connections with industry and media influencers that ensure the brand receives a disproportionate amount of coverage versus its competitors, commensurate with the disproportionate amount of value that the solution delivers to its customers.
• Review and update the brand tenets and tie all campaigns, events, social campaigns, collateral, and messaging to the brand tenets such that customers, prospects, and the industry have a clear understanding of the value the solutions deliver.
• Drive performance through a results-driven experimental approach, both in existing channels and by experimenting with new channels and techniques.
• Own the company’s market-specific lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion capabilities, optimizing and standardizing demand creation approaches across the organization to meet or exceed agreed-upon targets.
• Optimize the end-to-end lead management process in conjunction with Sales and Customer Operations, including sales tools and collateral development, lead capture and lead nurturing.
• Analyze industry trends, market conditions and competitors’ marketing tactics to continuously improve demand generation strategy.
• Implement best practices in database management to increase data integrity and market reach; support marketing database strategy and data requests (e.g. segmentation, list pulls).
• Own and improve the metrics and tools needed to evaluate the effectiveness of demand generation activities and the growth of conversion metrics.
• Work closely with the Marketing Operations function (under Finance) to instrument and monitor the key metrics and KPIs for marketing sourced and marketing influenced leads.
• Generate regular reporting for all major metrics used internally for the marketing team, senior leadership, and investor reporting.
• Lead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing with your department of 4+ direct reports, constantly reviewing roles and responsibilities against the needs of the business and working to develop, coach, and elevate your talented team.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and other functional leaders to determine the best model for implementing account-based marketing, retention marketing, customer reference programs, and other revenue generating activities.
• Manage internal marketing resources, external vendors and budget to accomplish goals. Be a visible, collaborative, and mission-driving member of the leadership team, with an impactful presence across the company.

• Partner with the Vice President of Sales to execute our new logo acquisition strategy, and translate company growth goals into clear team expectations.
• Lead the Account Executive team with a clear focus on pipeline generation, funnel conversion, forecast accuracy, and quota attainment.
• Establish and reinforce clear funnel conversion benchmarks (MQL → SAL → SQL → Closed Won).
• Build a culture where pipeline is generated daily and managed proactively.
• Own 3x+ pipeline coverage to support predictable attainment.
• Ensure every MQL is dispositioned, every SAL is qualified, and no opportunity stalls.
• Drive outbound rigor to ensure a minimum of 25% of pipeline is sales-generated.
• Run weekly funnel inspections to identify breakdowns in lead quality vs. rep execution.
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene — stages reflect reality, not optimism.
• Conduct structured 1:1s focused on skill development, deal strategy, and performance improvement.
• Lead live deal reviews and role-play sessions to strengthen discovery, objection handling, and closing execution.
• Coach AEs on multi-threading, executive alignment, and competitive positioning.
• Develop individualized performance improvement plans tied to measurable conversion and revenue metrics.
• Identify team-wide skill gaps and build targeted training initiatives to close them.
• Help reps understand their personal conversion metrics and where they need to improve.
• Hire, develop, and retain high-performing Account Executives.
• Proactively manage territory and capacity to maximize opportunity coverage.
• Run structured weekly pipeline reviews centered on close plans, risk identification, and next-step clarity.
• Maintain high forecast accuracy and commit integrity.
• Replace “hope” with data-backed qualification standards.
• Coach reps through stuck deals and competitive displacement scenarios.
• Partner with RevOps to design dashboards tracking funnel performance and conversion trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure strong MQL quality and fast feedback loops.
• Reinforce alignment between inbound pipeline, outbound generation, and revenue outcomes.
• Continuously refine messaging and positioning based on win/loss analysis.
