• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to join our marketing team as a contractor. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, you will play a key part in driving the growth of our sales pipeline and directly contribute to our company's revenue goals.
• Own the development and execution of demand generation campaigns to grow the sales pipeline and achieve ROI targets. Collaborate with revenue teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
• Own the overall buyer journey from identifying the right Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to building ICP pipeline, converting that pipeline into revenue, and orchestrating a unified buying journey.
• Create and implement targeted ABM strategies to engage and nurture high-value accounts, ensuring personalized experiences across multiple channels (email, content, social, ads, etc.). Coordinate with Customer Success Team to expand current relationships to drive new pipeline opportunities.
• Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies, including educational top-of-funnel campaigns and product-centric launch activities, leveraging both organic and paid, digital and offline channels.
• Leverage SEO experience to optimize keyword strategies and create high-converting landing pages that drive inbound traffic and lead capture.
• Deeply understand our customer base, product positioning, and market dynamics to create highly targeted campaigns that address customer needs and pain points.
• Implement campaigns targeting both new customers and existing customers to expand portfolios and increase lifetime value.
• Partner with product marketing teams to ensure messaging, positioning, and campaigns reflect the unique value of our products and resonate with target audiences.
• Create compelling marketing content, email cadences, and communications that resonate with target audiences across the buyer's journey.
• Work comfortably with both creative ideation and data-driven tactics, demonstrating proficiency in spreadsheets, campaign analysis, and marketing technology platforms.

• What We're Looking For: We’re seeking to contract a strategic and hands-on Product Marketer to lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for a new product launch. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to define positioning, messaging, and launch tactics that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue.
• This is a contract-based role ideal for a self-starter with experience bringing new B2B or B2C products to market.
• Key Responsibilities
• Develop Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute launch plans, timelines, and marketing strategies tailored to the target audience.
• Craft Messaging & Positioning: Create compelling product narratives, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate with ideal customer profiles.
• Enable Sales & Customer Teams: Develop sales enablement materials including one-pagers, pitch decks, battlecards, and objection handling guides.
• Create Launch Content: Partner with design, content, sales and customer experience teams to develop blog posts, landing pages, emails, and social content.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze competitors, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform positioning and refine messaging.
• Track Performance: Set KPIs and measure the success of launch campaigns across channels, reporting learnings and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Multi-Segment Go-to-Market: Design and execute marketing strategies tailored for each key segment, including Property Management Companies, Board Members, Onsite Staff and Property Managers.
• Go-to-market focus on new and existing customers: Own strategies that engage both prospective customers and existing users, with an emphasis on upsell, cross-sell, product education, and expanding customer value.
