• Own the end-to-end execution of the company’s exhibitor presence at 20–30 regional industry events and 5 national trade shows annually.
• Design and support booth engagement strategies that encourage meaningful conversations and capture qualified leads.
• Develop and execute comprehensive pre-event and post-event marketing campaigns to promote attendance and drive booth traffic.
• Manage all promotional items and apparel for exhibitions, ensuring brand consistency and quality standards.
• Spend approximately 25% of time in the NYC office managing event inventory and shipments.
• Coordinate and execute the company’s participation in NYC-based and regional events.
• Track and analyze event performance metrics including leads generated and meetings booked.

• Own the strategy to expand revenue within existing customer accounts, identifying high-potential opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and portfolio expansion using HubSpot data and reporting tools.
• Design, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable revenue growth, including email workflows, newsletters, webinars, in-product messaging, and account-based marketing programs.
• Monitor campaign and account performance, analyze metrics, and generate actionable insights to continuously improve ROI and impact on average revenue per account.
• Partner closely with Sales to provide account-specific marketing programs, messaging, and assets that accelerate upsells and cross-sells, shorten sales cycles, and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Product and CX on go-to-market plans for new features, upgrades, or offerings, ensuring campaigns clearly communicate value and drive incremental revenue.
• Create compelling marketing assets, case studies, testimonials, and landing pages or email templates that support growth initiatives and equip Sales to engage high-value accounts.
• Analyze customer portfolio data to identify high-opportunity segments, define messaging strategies, and prioritize growth-focused initiatives.
• Lead experiments with email campaigns, landing pages, workflows, and other marketing channels, using data to validate approaches and scale successful strategies.
• Develop innovative approaches to customer marketing campaigns and growth initiatives, sharing best practices across the team to elevate overall marketing effectiveness.
• Provide regular reporting on growth initiatives, revenue impact, and campaign performance using dashboards and analytics to the Senior Director of Marketing, highlighting opportunities for new revenue streams.
