About the role

  • Identify and pursue new contracts with school districts, regional centers, and healthcare providers for behavioral services
  • Strengthen and expand BBR’s referral network, especially in the special education and early childhood systems
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in education, mental health, and pediatric care
  • Represent BBR at conferences, networking events, school board meetings, and community forums
  • Collaborate with leadership to launch outreach campaigns for grant-funded initiatives
  • Track and report outreach metrics, lead conversions, and new partnership opportunities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, outreach, or provider relations (preferably in education, behavioral health, or healthcare)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Understanding of school district systems, regional center processes, or early childhood services is a plus
  • Self-motivated and organized; able to manage outreach independently and report outcomes clearly
  • Familiarity with ABA or behavioral health services is helpful but not required.
