• Lead the design and implementation of Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) and hybrid cloud deployment solutions for demanding enterprise customers.
• Architect the next generation of our production Fusion Cloud platform, optimizing for speed, flexibility, efficiency, and fault tolerance.
• Design and manage all cloud networking (VPC, security groups, routing, traffic management), ensuring optimal latency and security for Fusion environments.
• Standardize and evolve infrastructure using IaC, focusing on consistency, repeatability, and auditability.
• Drive a comprehensive observability stack (metrics, logs, traces) for production health, performance, and resource tracking across Fusion environments and the core platform.
• Develop automation tools and internal platforms that reduce manual operations and accelerate our cloud management processes.

• Quality Advocacy and Risk Management: Partner with Product and Engineering from the initial idea phase through deployment, proactively finding risks and ensuring quality is designed in, not just checked at the end.
• Design and Plan Testing: Create robust, clear, and easy-to-follow manual test plans, scenarios, and test data for all new features and changes.
• Execute Comprehensive Testing: Perform systematic manual testing alongside deep exploratory testing to uncover hard-to-find bugs, usability issues, and edge cases in the Fusion product.
• Deep Product Understanding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of how the Fusion product is meant to behave. This expertise lets you correctly distinguish between a true bug and expected functionality, so we focus on fixing real problems.

Implementation Specialist

• Lead Technical Integrations & Onboarding: Own the technical integration process for enterprise-level customers, ensuring smooth, successful deployments that set the stage for long-term success.
• Drive AI Adoption & Change Management: Educate and enable customers on how to work with AI tools and change their workflows to meet the modern world of development
• Expert Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical challenges across Builder’s platform, APIs, and integrations. Work closely with our Engineering team to identify solutions and improve reliability.
• Customer Advocacy: Translate customer goals into actionable product feedback and advocate for their success across internal teams.
• Enablement & Best Practices: Build scalable resources (documentation, sample repos, internal playbooks) to help customers onboard efficiently and get the most from Builder’s AI and visual development capabilities.

• Generate, advance, and close opportunities with Enterprise level customers ($50,000 - $500,000+ ACV) to consistently exceed a $1.3 million annual quota
• Speak the language of developers, designers, and digital leaders to serve as a trusted advisor and intelligently lead the full team to success
• Meet quarterly and annual sales goals by developing an account and pipeline strategy, managing internal and client processes, developing market and competitor knowledge, presenting to key stakeholders, and creating sales proposals
• Work closely with Sales Engineers to uncover technical challenges that map to Builder’s unique solutions
