Enterprise Regional Sales Director – West
builderSales Director leading a high-performing team to drive revenue for Builder.io's Visual Development platform. Recruit, coach, and strategize to enhance enterprise sales in a fast-paced environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Hire, develop, and coach your team of Account Executives to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Partner x-functionally to drive a team-based approach to winning and growing enterprise accounts
- Drive operational excellence through a tight operating rhythm and structured sales process
- Be a product expert and feel comfortable assisting your team in generating, advancing, and closing strategic deals
- Accurately assess the skills, motivators, and career goals of each team member and provide ongoing coaching to improve their performance and support their career path
- Develop and implement sales strategies that drive monthly, quarterly and yearly growth against company targets
- Perform regular pipeline reviews, deal inspection, and accurately forecast sales pipeline
- Achieve consistent Pipeline Generation results through the development and execution of effective plans, and enablement
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Builder’s product, value drivers, competitors
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience, leading teams focused on selling to the Global 2k
- Expert knowledge and experience in building and motivating sales teams, growing pipeline, and hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- Expertise in developing and executing value based sales strategies that align with company objectives and drive significant revenue growth
- Strong background in selling to enterprise customers, with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of enterprise sales cycles.
