- Act as Liaison with management and our customers

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in customer phone service
- Experience problem solving and providing resolution to billing and other customer care issues
- Minimum HS Degree
- Available Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM/On-site-Shelton, CT-Headquarters
