About the role
- Develop and Implement Medical Marketing plans and executions to meet brand’s objectives - manage medical activations via brand integrations, media plans, personal and non-personal medical communication, and digital channels. Own/strategize B2B HCP CRM (email marketing) initiatives and other HCP digital touchpoints.
- Bring clinical relevance, impactful medical sales support materials, e.g. Core Visual Aids, poster and publication execution, and integrated digital impact by confidently communicating Bubble’s formulations, highlighting clinical benefits, ingredients, and outcomes.
- Manage the field sales team CRM system including cycle call planning, CRM utilization, CRM analysis/metrics, field sales team bonus payout.
- Manage e-detailing initiatives including developing leads from conferences into recommenders, executing virtual detailing and patient sampling programs in non called-on territories
- Contribute to long-term brand strategy development for existing & new categories, including collaboration to identify opportunities with Dermatologists, Pediatricians, and other target HCPs in disease state areas and clinical data to support brand growth and profitable success
- Lead strategy and scientific messaging at medical conferences, industry events, and professional meetings
- Collaborate cross-functionally to share learnings, insights, and best practices across the team
- Leverage CRM tools to track activity, analyze performance data, and lead modeling exercises, forecasting, budgeting and execution of the professional sampling plans for direct-to-HCP and Dermatology Sales team distributions
Requirements
- BS/BA in business or marketing within a medical-related field. MBA with a focus in Marketing a plus
- Minimum of 3 years marketing experience in Medical, B2B, Prescription or OTC and/or minimum 3 years of medical sales experience
- Start-up mindset capable of excelling in fast-paced and uncertain environments
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with internal partners
- Well-versed and familiar with medical and skincare trends
- Willing to travel regularly and attend key conferences and sales meetings
