About the role
- Support the eCommerce team by uploading campaigns and product launches in Shopify
- Assist with implementing new products (content) and publishing them across multichannel systems
- Prepare product data and create entries in our ERP system
- Work closely with Marketing, eCommerce and Design teams to gather content for product data maintenance
- Continuously review and quality-check content in our online shops
- Support the creation of landing pages and other content pages
- Contribute to webshop optimization and propose improvements
Requirements
- Enrolled (Bachelor/Master) in eCommerce, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Availability: 15–20 hours per week and at least two semesters remaining in your studies
- Some experience in eCommerce/online shop management, preferably in a B2C environment
- Desirable: initial experience with CMS/shop systems (e.g., Shopify)
- Very good German and good English skills
- Confident use of Google Workspace (G-Suite)
- Strong attention to detail, highly structured and reliable working style, quick learner, good eye for accuracy
- Enthusiasm for eCommerce topics and digital trends
