Financial Planning and Analysis

• You handle daily invoice processing and approvals in Candis and perform preliminary accounting in Moss.
• You independently manage our accounts payable inbox and record incoming payments.
• You support our Controlling team with monthly cost and profitability reporting and analyses.
• You actively contribute to creating procedure documentation and risk-control matrices for our core processes.
• You correspond with internal departments and external partners regarding payment statuses and payment reminders.

Sales

• As a Sales Admin, you are part of the inside sales team at buah.
• You handle inquiries from our B2B customers and take care of preparing quotes.
• You create orders for our B2B and retail customers in our ERP system Xentral.
• You ensure smooth and proactive communication in case of delivery deviations.
• You work closely with our Supply Chain and Finance teams and handle invoicing and dispatch.
• You support our Key Account Management team in preparing customer presentations and meetings.
• You ensure our customers receive the appropriate product samples on time.
• You are responsible for preparing and presenting monthly reports, statistics, and analyses.

Product Manager

• Master data monitoring and maintenance: By overseeing the completeness of our master data and taking part in its ongoing upkeep, you enable smooth business processes.
• Print data management and maintenance: By checking print data for accuracy before reprints and ensuring it is provided on time, you help keep our products legally compliant and available for delivery.
• Phone interviews and surveys: You support Product Management in better understanding our customers' needs by collecting their feedback.
• Analysis and reporting: You assist Product Management with analyzing surveys and interviews, as well as evaluating product and assortment performance.
