About the role

  • You are the face of buah to our most important retail partners.
  • You bring our vision directly into store shelves and ensure our healthy snacks are available wherever customers need them.
  • You proactively develop a tailored assortment strategy that resonates with both retailers and consumers.
  • You are the architect of our market presence and design the comprehensive annual strategy.
  • You continue to build our sales team and lead it with empathy and clarity.
  • You independently manage all trade marketing (WKZ) and investment decisions.
  • You prepare sales and budget planning as well as accurate volume forecasts for your area.

Requirements

  • A completed degree (business administration, marketing, sales) or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally in the FMCG or retail sector.
  • Highly confident in negotiations, analytical thinking, and strong with numbers and budgets.
  • Proficient with market data tools (e.g., Circana, Nielsen).
  • Excellent communicator with professional presence and willingness to travel for client meetings and trade fairs.
