About the role

  • Support with order tracking, processing and completion
  • Assist purchasing with pulls of raw materials from our warehouse and coordinate between our warehouse and co-packers
  • Plan and organize transports with our logistics partners and book goods movements
  • Prepare regular reports
  • Support projects and operational tasks within the supply chain
  • Handle complaints/claims management (especially related to warehouse, logistics and co-packers)
  • Review and approve invoices

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a comparable field
  • First experience in logistics, operations or procurement is a plus but not required
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Independent, proactive hands-on mentality
  • Confident user of Google Workspace or MS Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent German (spoken and written); good English skills desirable
