About the role

  • Partner with clients from Global 100 and 500 companies
  • Conceptualise and design solutions linked to strategy and business priorities
  • Lead client projects & programmes
  • Facilitate workshops/offsites and seminars

Requirements

  • A strong foundation in business and financial principles
  • A passion for client relationship building
  • Experience in a consulting or corporate environment related to preferably change management, strategy manager and/or an organisational development field
  • Experience as a key member of a project with responsibility for deliverables
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Evidence of a passion for building trusted relationships while managing clients
  • Ability to communicate effectively with everyone you meet
  • Digital savvy individuals who will leverage emergent technology (e.g. Artificial Intelligence) into their work to improve productivity and wow clients
  • A desire and ability to present to a room that might have 100+ smart, eager people in it
