About the role
- Partner with clients from Global 100 and 500 companies
- Conceptualise and design solutions linked to strategy and business priorities
- Lead client projects & programmes
- Facilitate workshops/offsites and seminars
Requirements
- A strong foundation in business and financial principles
- 2-4 years of experience in a consulting or corporate environment related to preferably (but not a must) change management, strategy manager and/or an organisational development field
- Experience as a key member of a project with responsibility for deliverables
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Evidence of a passion for building trusted relationships while managing clients
- Business development experience is a plus but not essential
- Able to communicate effectively with everyone you meet
- Digital savvy individuals who will leverage emergent technology (e.g. Artificial Intelligence) into their work to improve productivity and wow clients
- A desire and ability to present to a room that might have 100+ smart, eager people in it
