About the role
- Optimize and simplify existing HR processes
- Contribute to the deployment of strategic workforce planning (GEPP) in our new Elevo tool
- Be a driving force in proposing HR use cases for AI
Requirements
- Final-year student (Master level / Bac+4/5) from a program in AI, Data, Information Systems, or an engineering/business school with a specialization in data, AI, or digital transformation
- Comfortable with AI, data and automation topics, with at least one substantive internship or practical experience in these areas
- Ability to understand concrete business processes
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mindset
- Enthusiasm for working in transforming environments
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders (HR, managers, senior leadership)
- Pragmatic: able to propose practical, useful solutions rather than theoretical ones
