About the role

  • As a replacement, the Central-East Regional Management is looking for its next Agency Director (M/F) in Annecy (74).
  • You will be responsible for overseeing our Construction Technical Inspection and SPS coordination activities.
  • Commercially develop the agency's geographic area of operation for BTP Consultants in Annecy (74).
  • Manage the agency and bring your team together (recruitment, skills development, managerial progression, ...).
  • Ensure sound economic and financial management of the agency by achieving revenue and profitability targets.
  • Carry out technical inspection assignments personally.
  • In collaboration with the Regional Director, support the agency's commercial development: responding to tenders, preparing quotes, and developing new service offers.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our procedures by joining working groups or testing new tools/software.
  • Passionate about client relationships, you support clients at every stage of their needs and build loyalty to contribute to their full satisfaction.

Requirements

  • You hold an engineering degree specialized in Construction/BPT (Bâtiment et Travaux Publics) or Civil Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • You have solid experience in construction technical inspection in the Haute-Savoie department.
  • You are agile, responsive and committed.
  • You can take a strategic view and build strong relationships with clients.
  • You have managerial aptitude to support and develop your teams.
  • You enjoy fieldwork and value interpersonal relations.
  • You are challenge-driven and want to contribute to the agency's growth.
