About the role

  • Prospecting: Preparing and sending targeted mailings to potential clients.
  • Client contact: Maintaining close relationships with existing clients, providing professional advice and support.
  • Preparation and follow-up of proposals: Drafting customized proposals and ensuring thorough follow-up.
  • Commercial follow-up: Acting as the main point of contact for clients and ensuring high-quality support.
  • Opportunity analysis: Identifying sales opportunities and using your commercial instinct to convince clients.

Requirements

  • Upper secondary education diploma or equivalent experience, ideally with a focus on technical sales.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong listening abilities.
  • Very good command of French and a good knowledge of Dutch.
  • Able to work independently, handle stress, and with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Quick to learn new software and comfortable with digital tools (MS Office, Teams, ERP, CRM).
  • Interested in the technical aspects of our services and willing to learn them.
  • Proactive, meticulous and organized; prior experience in a similar role is an advantage (managing proposals and client contacts).
